What is your delivery policy?
We will provide you with an estimated date and time for delivery for all orders and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates and times specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. Read more on our Delivery Policy
How long will the product delivery take?
Generally, goods will be dispatched within 2 days of the order being received. Changes to this will depend on the product ordered and whether the item is in stock. We will generally contact you to discuss delivery times. Method of dispatch will be governed by the type of product ordered.
What is your refund policy?
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Orders may only be cancelled if goods have not already been dispatched. If goods have been dispatched but not yet delivered (in the case of truck deliveries), a refund less cost of the delivery fee and handling fees will be considered. Read more on our Refund Policy
Accounts & Payment
What is your accepted payment methods?
Methods of payment are by cash, cheque, credit card or direct debit.
Do you use SecurePay?
Yes. WLS processes all credit card payments securely through the SecurePay Payment Gateway and ANZ. WLS only stores the type of card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and last 4 digits of your credit card number for the sole purposes of managing any enquiry by Customers. We do not store the full credit card number, expiry date or name on the card.
How do I check my previous orders?
Under the section My Accounts, click on Transactions. In this section, you will be able to view your previous orders and relevant invoices.
Do you accept all credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express – surcharges apply.
I am a tradesman / landscaper. Can I have a trade & commercial account with WLS?
Yes, you can. WLS offers monthly accounts for trade, commercial and large-volume customers. Read more to set up your Trade & Commercial Accounts
